Notes

This version is more focused on creature matchups, and loses a lot of veto's, but the incidential lifegain is through the roof, and you will seldom miss a land drop. the 0/4 that the birth of meletis makes is also excellent at protecting your walkers to boot. Search for glory let's you trim a few walkers while adding consistency. It's true that it's slower than just casting a planeswalker, but always getting the right one, a saga, or a land has overperformed for me. The mana base is clean, as long as you generally fetch for blue unless it's your first one for birth of meletis. remember that a jwari land isn't snow, so use that to pay for spells if possible. Faceless haven is a great pickup for these decks as you saw, and I can see it both joining gideon's to pressure opponents and defending planeswalkers. Top end we get graven lore, which is like dig through time and treasure cruise stapled together as long as you pay all snow, and makes us have what we need right on time. I don't know if this is better than the other list, but I would try both out.
