Notes
The idea is that you have a cube where you draft 60 card decks, and some cards are weighted so you can have multiples. I'm thinking picking a foil means you get 3 copies total. Would be interesting to develop a cube that plays with this space, but also allows more complex and consistent deck archetypes. Like a semi-constructed draft. You could build overtures into existing deck's throughout the history of magic. Because of the card volume, there would be less need for draft archetype cohesion, and more room for a variety of decks. Like, the build arounds could be things like 3x spellstutter sprite, or 3x psychatog. One of's could be deck defining elements like tendrils of agony and birthing pod. The rarity's could be like 3x(3) commons (timberpack alpha), 3x (1) uncommons (valakut the molten pinnacle), and rares single cards that are format defining. A sprinkling of other individual cards may be good for balance, so that will need be experimented with.
Aside from the cube idea, as a solo tournament, a no card limit constructed tourney would be fun. I would need to develop a ban list, and he cap for total cost to the deck. Lists would need be on deckbox, and prices would be based off that. No keyword ripple or storm I think. Some early offenders:
