I like this list a lot, I think Ral combo is potentially a strong deck in the format. You are a better copy spell combo player than I at the moment, but essentially you are trying to get two copy spells on the stack to copy each other infinitely with a Ral in play, right?

I see you deck has counterspells that can counter or search for missing pieces, which looks good in theory but I think is a trap. They are not particularly good counterspells (expensive soft counters) and spending this much mana to dig for cards seems inefficient compared to other possible options. I get that you can counter their spell and copy it to search, but that a 5-7 mana play for two cards, and a cantrip and a good counterspell could do that same sequence with more upside.

Speaking of counters, sublime epiphany is definitely a trap. I see it's potential with dualcaster mage, but that's a metric fuck ton of mana to pull off, and the CMC on this deck is overall high to begin with. Kefnet can help with this, and I like that angle, but Kefnet is better in straight control, not combo, as a lot of your spells have to line up at the right time and not during your draw step. I notice generally that the lower part of your curve starts at 3, which is a tad too slow for my taste. Dualcaster mage is cool, but also your weakest copy spell given that it can't be copied itself most of the time. And dualcaster mage alone is not enough to enable the wizard cards, although those cards are truly excellent.

I would focus on lowering the curve and building into the wizard package a little more so that those spells come online earlier. I think the copy spell deck thrives when it has value plays to copy when it's not otherwise comboing out, like how splinter twin eventually adopted tarmogoyf so that they had a robust B plan. Kalamax is good because you are copying ramp spells when you are not otherwise comboing, so your not stuck with a bunch of copy spells and nothing to do with them. If you are able to chip in damage here and there, copying a wizard's lightning 2-3 times should be able to close most games, and you can always combo if you find it.
