Powerful 1 mana instants like lightning bolt, path to exile, holy day, and silence combined with isochron scepter, soulfire grandmaster, snapcaster mage, and tamiyo (ultimate). Just lock people out and then kill incidentally. Silence every turn beats eldrazi, tron, ad nauseum, goryo's, abzan, jund (watch out abrupt decay), storm, affinity, tokens(hand disrupt). Holy day beats a lot of these plus zoo (mostly, except burn elements), merfolk, infect, and other creature based strategies. Scapeshift and blue moon, and any other experimental blue decks, have more interaction, and thus are more difficult. Burn also plays between turns, which can get around the lock.

Weakness's are burn, hand disruption, card advantage, instants, and reliance on fragile artifact/creature/planeswalker. Leyline of sanctity, jace beleren, boros charm, and counterspells help shore up these weakness's. Perhaps employing multi planeswalkers will detract from opponents game plan and split their attention, while also being win con's in their own right. T3 Jace Beleren into T4 Narset is good, hard to deal with, and not particularly threatening. T5 supreme verdict with narset rebound probably ensures a jace ultimate, and landing another walker or similar (ojutai's command countering a creature spell, recurring grandmaster. Untap, infinite grandmaster Silence activations.) Sub ashiok for jace and you are wiping their hand and yard.
