I wanted to try Proliferate with level up (I will try it with boosting Allies, Graft, clockwork cards, and the like later), and this is the result. The deck is cheap at a 1.93 average, having only a 12/19/9 curve. The Enclave Cryptologists should, if all goes well, power me through the deck to what I need and allow me to keep growing. There is no real synergy between the various cards with level up; instead, I am looking to have each provide its individual top benefit quickly.
