Notes

As the name implies, this deck is designed to grind the opponent's library away. It has nearly no combat capability, though, and a Power Artifact on Snow Fortress is its best defense. The curve is a little odd at 2/20/6/10/5, with a pretty high average of 2.91. The saving grace, other than its mono-blue status, was the huge holding at the 2-spot that gave me a chance to cast a lot of spells, though Braingeyser needed to wait for other things (Basalt Monolith + Power Artifact) to power it.
