Notes

Ashmouth Hound inspired this one, though it had been dismissed until I spotted its big brother, Inferno Elemental. Matching those with Lure made sense, so I looked for what else G/R could provide. Many of the usual suspects came up, Joven’s Ferrets could buy a tempo at a critical moment. A lot of creatures have haste, and others can be played using bloodrush. In theory, this deck could put four creatures out (one attacking for 2) on the first turn. A lured Rubblebelt Raiders could be devastating early, growing to survive multiple blockers and letting a slew of others get by. It is just under a 2.50 average on a 9/11/12/6/0/1 curve. Mana assists are looking good for this, and it uses 21 land to increase chances of getting critical cards paid for.
