After a number of false starts on largely unrelated deck ideas, I got going when I discovered Psychic Barrier (it will have some fun working with black soon). I'm not sure how, when I was playing with slowing down and punishing creature casting, this remained under my radar, but that is over now. I included draw capabilities, defense, countering, and bouncing, all in service of slowing down my opponent and leading to a weak-versus-weaker arrangement that favors me. The 13/14/9/4 curve keeps things to a nice little 2.10 average cost.
