Notes

This is a trample deck at its heart. Every creature either works the land or has trample. This may make Loxodon Warhammer seem redundant in some ways, but its boost to power and the life gaining are worth it. The return-on-death feature of Rancor is similarly useful. Both can also be added to non-trample support creatures in a pinch. I have a lot of mana assists and a couple cards to enhance draws (though maybe upping that is worth a look). The deck title refers to Wordlspine Wurm's ability to spawn big replacements and come back and to the totem armor element of Snake Umbra. There are 23 creatures in here, but they all can pick a fight with the best of them. The inclusion of Maze of Ith and a pair of Heart of Yavimaya (along with 19 forests) makes the druid contingent very powerful, as I can pump creatures or send attackers home with ease. The 15/11/10/0/0/0/0/0/0/0/2 curve is still only averaging 2.34 (it is 1.86 if the two cards at the 11-spot are not counted), so it can be ridiculously fast.
