This is the second in my color character cycle. Here I wanted to look at the range of what blue is known for: countermagic, flying, bouncing creatures, unblockability, and more. I had started with the idea of turning things into artifacts and giving them an upkeep, but that proved impractical and took far too many cards. Even the countering only comes from three cards, one of which is a permanent. However, by managing the number of creatures my opponent can keep and by putting up Guard Gomazoa as blockers, I can maintain the advantage. With an 18/13/7/2 curve, it is fast, despite some ongoing costs, and it averages only 1.83.
