This deck is nothing like my version. Strengh from the Fallen triggering over and over was the supposed wincon, forcing everyone into defense mode. Pharika creates enchantment snakes, triggering Constellation repeatably and effeciently, albiet with diminishing marginal returns. This one seems really clever utilizing Dictate of Erebos and Eater of Hope obliterate an opponents creatures, however, an astute opponent will sac the creature being targeted by Eater of Hope to satisfy the forced sac, and you wont really get anywhere. If you add  Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord, and a few more copies of the the Dictate, you should actually see a more effecient board state. One key aspect that will require testing is Golgari decks feed of the graveyard, limiting the potential power of later plays. We will need to tune the negatively synergystic cards to fit in the deck, because those cards tend to have the greatest payoff.
