Notes

The Epic Storm: The Epic Storm, or TES, is a very similar deck to ANT. It runs the same engines, Ad Nauseam and Past in Flames. The difference lies in the overall speed and stability of the two decks. TES plays no basics, and utilizes 4 to 5 colors with the rainbow lands, Gemstone Mine and City of Brass. It also plays 3-4 Chrome Mox, less cantrips, and often utilizes a mainboard Empty the Warrens. This gives the deck the option to just dump its hand turn 1 and make 12-14 goblins, instead of taking time to sculpt a hand that results in a lethal Tendrils. The 3-4 moxen also make going for an Ad Nauseam with no mana floating much safer than in a clunkier deck like ANT. For protection, the deck usually plays a split between silence and point discard. Silence is preferred because TES is a turn 1-2 deck, and is hurt less by permanent hate. Discard is strong against both permanent hate and permission, but silence is stronger against just permission.
