    These scepter decks are rough. It's probably the strongest card out there, especially with card like helix, terminate, and the charms.
    I like the use of guttersnipe to end the game while still using the scepter to control the board.

      I know that Austin has one and Tom has one? so I wanted to go a different route without the counter spells to totally lock things down.
