I generally use TCG Mid pricing, and like to send in a bubble mailer when a trade is $25 or higher and add tracking when it is $50 or higher (might lower those amounts later).

Additionally, I have a Misty Rainforest for trade from Zendikar.  It's not listed in my tradelist, as I'm sick of seeing it as the only want in a trade opportunity (everyone and their grandmother wants the zendikar fetches, it seems).
