    You can definately cut to 24 lands. Maybe even 23 since you have the 12 mana creatures and xenagos.  I'd put in another kiora to also help with the mana (though they both need to come out against any burn deck).  For?  Well...hmm...maybe one of hte restock?  You only ever want one restock in a game and you aren't likely playing it until turn 7 or 8...so 2 should be enough.  If you own them...I'd put another Nissa.  Why? 'Cause whenever I resolve a Nissa, I win.  Small sample size though.  I'll load my current version of Sultai Walkers...maybe tonight.

      Good point. I'm not too happy with this deck either. Check out Temur Kruphix though. That thing is the hotness.
