Soon to be standard legal. :)

Looks fun. Aside from the anthem though, you have nothing that works with Raise the Alarm.
Now an instant-speed two 1/1's for 2 mana isn't bad anyway, but I don't think they're worth it.

I'd swap 2 Oreskos Swiftclaws for 2 more Leonin Snarecasters. Worse than Azorius Arrester? Yes. Still good? Quite.
      ---Edit: Actually, Court Street Denizen!!!!

And why stop at 1 Palisade Giant? He's good enough to warrant 2 or 3!

You can't go wrong with more Brave the Elements.

Have you given any thought to Skyspear Cavalry or Dawnbringer Charioteers?

Also if you really like Raise the Alarm, adding Court Street Denizen gives them a lot more oomph.

Btw, I didn't realize it before, but I don't think Chariot of Victory is that good a card in this deck. The haste is great, but the power of your creatures is so low that the first strike and trample hardly matter, and I don't think the mana cost of the equipment is worth it, especially when you also have Preeminent Captain to cheat them out with "haste".
