It is five mana, but Gray Merchant of Asphodel wins games. Also Disciple of Phenax, Rescue from the Underworld, and a whip or two. I took first in a FNM, I ran four Gray Merchants two disciples, four tormented heroes, four ordeals of erebos, four spiteful returned, 3 agent of the fates (I wanted four), four Mogis's Marauders,3 or 4 scourgemarks,3 read the bones, and a number of rescue from the underworld. You don't need all of these, but Gray Merchant and Ordeal of Erebos are really good. I like the Lifebane Zombie and Cackler, but I'm not so sure about Pain Seer, I once ran it and never saw any use out of it always got eaten by kill spells. Boon of Erebos is decent sideboard for extra heroic triggers (especially a  cheap instant one with Agent of the Fates) but having Bile Blight and Drown in Sorrow really helps out against some of the weenie decks. I also ran various temples just for a little extra scrying. Two Nykthos to accelerate mana.
