Plan for this deck is to get out my Phalanx Leaders quickly and target them with the Aura's as much as possible. Especially using Epahara's Enlightenment. ( Use her to enchant Phalanx Leader, which gives all other creatures a +1 +1, then cast  a creature and bring Ephara's back to my hand for casting again on a Phalanx Leader. This is reusable pumps to each creature) This trick should net some seriously powerful creatures.

Precinct captain is used to attack in combination with Aqueous form making him un-blockable, when he does damage to a player out comes another soldier which triggers Ephara for card draw. I think this scheme should work pretty well.

Fabled hero can also be used with Aqueous Form for massive amounts of damage via double strike.

The Eidolon of Countless battles will be a huge boost if cast as an aura or just as a creature due to the number of creatures and Aura's.
