Description:

Blue is my favorite color in magic and one of my favorite decks to play is mono-blue control.  However, this is typically the most frustrating type of decks to play against, short of complete locks and combos.  Thus this deck is kind of a balance between enjoying this style of play while not pissing off all my friends so much that they refuse to play against this deck.

anyways, the goal here is to abuse venser by bouncing him all around, so that he's constantly entering the battlefield, hosing people's plans.  this is a great support deck for teams as well, because it allows you to clear out hexproof/shroud equipment that opponents have, so that that you or your teammate can target their important shit.  It also has a small artifact subtheme with stuff like tolarian academy (which might be banned, but not in my playgroup),memnarch, seat of the synod, all is dust, academy ruins and the artifacts I run for mana or bounce.

Other than that, it's just card draw, disrupt until their board position is weak (venser + deadeye navigator makes short work of anyone's board), and strike with what you can.
