Notes

Main combo is izzet guild mage, training grounds, manamorphose to deck till I banefire for lethal

Considering adding other combos instead, as card filtering seems to be pretty difficult to dig for Training Grounds by itself. Desperate Ritual+Lava Spike seems best

Likely to add in:
4 x Desperate Ritual
4 x Lava Spike
3-4 x Nivix Guildmage
2 x Spiralling Embers

Need:
4 x Gitaxian Probe

Technically Izzet Charms serve as my swiss army knife for counters mainboard. What has really screwed me when vsing a red modern deck was volcanic fallout.
I might drop then number of desperate rituals or lava spikes for spell pierces mainboard though.

I'd add in a couple counters mainboard, like a spell pierce of swan song so that you can drop a guildmage on turn 3 and keep up a counter for a kill spell
