Liar's Pendulum is too much hassle. It can be fun, but 3 mana to maybe draw a card is ridiculous. You should play something like Blue Sun's Zenith. Unless you can afford Timetwister or Ancestral Recall.

The more I look at this deck the more jealous I am of the idea. It's got all the cards that I want and some new ones that I want to see played. It does seem loose though, without a cohessive theme. The idea of playing your opponents cards as your win condition is too abstract for most decks, but it's played out politically here.
