10/01/2024: needs more board wipes. Maybe fewer lands

Can't find these, probably missing: Akki Blizzard-Herder and Roiling Terrain. Replaced with Hedron Crawler and Violent Impact.
Removed Reckless Handling because none of the artifacts are quite worth it. Should tutor a bomb or win condition.

Karn's wishboard may not be legal, but he fits the deck anyway without it.
