Decent, yes.. Great, no. I agree with the first guys comment about the evolving wilds i might even go as far as replacing 2 of each color for a total of 4 wilds.. but your biggest issue is that this deck is modern. There are lots of modern decks that would destroy this one. A good mono blue control, black/red burn, or something like my Black Eldrazi Tron (https://deckbox.org/sets/1293279). I would suggest a few more powerful creatures and/or a way to remove your opponents creatures. Maybe a few Act of Treason's or something similar would do the trick even. But taking my Tron deck for example. It's not unexpected for me to play a Ruin Processor turn 3, or even spend 7 mana casting Endless One turn 3.

Responding to your request for comments on this deck:

I expect there might be a couple of places you could get a little more bang for your mana buck on the creature side, though I am one to sacrifice a P or T to get something a turn sooner, so my tendency is probably a little different. You are averaging 4.19 mana per spell here, though the sorceries are skewing that upward a fair bit. I tend not to like working at more than about 2.50, but again that is personal preference (and I consequently play with fewer lands).

My biggest concern here would be your mana balance. You have 17 red cards and 19 white cards. Furthermore, you have, at the lower end of your curve, a greater representation of cards requiring two colored mana. Based on that, I would suggest either replacing a Mountain with a Plains or pulling one of each with Evolving Wilds. You need the flexibility to get the colors right by the time you have three lands on the battlefield.
